Templates for sale...
Looking for project page examples today I ran across stevestemplates, a really cool service that sells extremely high quality website templates targeted at all kinds of sites. For under $70 (and often much less than that) you get a professional layout ready to be customized. Hiring a designer just to do even the simplest layout would cost more than that. And think, the designers creating these were probably already creating various mockups for their clients with the clause that any they created that weren't used could be sold.
Definately worth the money compared to spending many long hours creating custom designs yourself, assuming you even have the creative ability and toolset required!
